Scheduling Your Follow-Up Visit
It is essential to maintain regular communication with an Ivim provider which involves scheduling an appointment or submitting a refill request. Patients will need to follow-up fifteen days before their program ends before we can ship additional medications. The date for refill eligibility will be shown in your app and online patient dashboard.
Regular check-ins allow your provider to assess the effectiveness of the treatment you are receiving. By evaluating your progress, they can determine whether the current medication regimen is working as intended or if adjustments are needed. Regular monitoring also helps to identify any potential side effects, and your provider will be able to address any concerns promptly, ensuring your treatment remains safe and effective.
If you need to submit a follow-up or request a refill, it’s super easy! Just head over to the My Account page at ivimhealth.com/my-account, and you can take care of it online.
1. Navigate to your my account page at ivimhealth.com/my-account
2. Select “Manage Your Care” from the top of the page
3. Under Weight Loss, select “Request Refill”
4. For an expedited refill, select “I’m ready for my refill.”
5. If you feel you need to see a provider, select “I’d a like a video visit.”
6. Complete the questionnaire that includes details about your dosing, side effects, etc.
7. Confirm the refill request is correct, and it will be submitted
8. Your refill request will take 24-48 hours to be reviewed, and you’ll receive an invoice for your next order, or further follow up questions should our provider need more information
9. If you’d like to discuss your refill with a provider and not opt for an expedited refill, go to the Manage Your Care menu and scroll until you can click “See a Provider” to make an appointment
