Canceling Your Membership

If the final payment of your program has been made, you can cancel your subscription by going to your My Account page, under the Subscriptions tab, and ending your membership effective immediately.

*When you sign up, you join Ivim as a member – this gives you access to support, RNs and NPs, and the app. With selecting any two, four, six, or twelve month programs, you are required to be a member for those months as you receive the medication up front and/or must remain an active Ivim patient to be treated by our providers. You are able to cancel once the final payment is made. In selecting the program, you also agree to the terms of the membership, which can be found here.
