NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR REFERRAL IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR REFERRAL WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SPONSOR
The Ivim Health Referral Raffle (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Ivim Health, LLC (“Sponsor” or “Ivim Health”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation and who are current Ivim Health members. Employees of Ivim Health, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Participation in the Promotion does not affect eligibility for medical services, treatment decisions, or prescriptions of any medication.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase, payment, or referral is required to enter.
A. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE – No Referral Required)
To receive one (1) entry without making a purchase or referral, send an email during the Promotion Period to:

The email must include:
- Entrant’s full name
- The email address associated with the entrant’s Ivim Health membership
- Subject line: “Ivim Health Referral Raffle Entry”
- Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person.
B. Referral-Based Entries
Participants may earn one (1) additional entry for each successful referral, up to a maximum of five (5) referral entries.
A “successful referral” is defined according to Ivim Health’s existing referral program rules, meaning the referred individual must properly enter and redeem the referral code at the time of their first checkout and complete the required conversion steps.
Incomplete referrals, abandoned checkouts, or referrals where the referral code is not properly applied do not qualify.
Maximum Entries:
Each participant may receive a maximum of six (6) total entries (one AMOE entry plus up to five referral entries).
5. GIVEAWAY STRUCTURE
- A total of six (6) random drawings will be conducted during the Promotion Period.
- Each drawing will award one (1) prize.
- Participants remain eligible for subsequent drawings until they either win a prize or the Promotion Period ends.
- Each participant may win no more than one (1) prize during the Promotion.
6. PRIZES
Each drawing will award one (1) wellness-themed prize basket. Six (6) prizes will be awarded in total.
Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) are as follows:
- Mindset Basket – approx. $150
- Movement Basket – approx. $265
- Rest Basket – approx. $368
- Recovery Basket – approx. $389
- Support Basket – approx. $1,149
- Nourish Basket – approx. $2,500
Total ARV of all prizes combined: $4,821.
Prize baskets may include non-medical items such as wellness subscriptions, fitness or recovery products, non-prescription supplements, nutrition services, or Ivim Health branded merchandise.
Prizes do not include medical services, clinical consultations, or prescription medications.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value, provided that the total ARV of all prizes awarded does not exceed $4,821.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
Winners will be selected in random drawings from all qualified participants. Drawings will occur periodically throughout the Promotion Period on dates determined by Sponsor.
Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified participants at the time of each drawing.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via the contact information associated with their Ivim Health account within a reasonable time following each drawing.
If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, is deemed ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor may publicly announce a winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence (for example, “Alex R. from Texas”) for promotional purposes.
9. REFERRAL VALIDATION AND DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to verify all referrals and participant eligibility at any time. Referral qualification and eligibility determinations will be made solely by Sponsor and are final and binding.
Sponsor may disqualify any participant who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to:
- Submitting fraudulent or fabricated referrals
- Referring individuals who do not complete the required conversion steps
- Abuse or manipulation of the referral system
- Bulk sharing of referral codes or links in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion
- Posting referral codes or links on public promotion, coupon, or deal-sharing websites (including but not limited to coupon aggregators or similar third-party platforms)
Referral activity originating from such prohibited channels is not eligible for the Promotion. Participants found to be engaging in this activity may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
If a referral is later canceled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise invalidated in accordance with Ivim Health’s referral program rules, Sponsor reserves the right to reassess a participant’s eligibility or qualification status.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, referral tracking errors, or failures resulting from improper referral code use. Sponsor’s determinations regarding referral validity, eligibility, and disqualification are final.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with Ivim Health’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
11. HEALTHCARE & SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMER
Participation in the Promotion does not affect eligibility for healthcare services, treatment decisions, or prescribing practices.
Non-prescription supplements included in any prize are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ivim Health and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any errors in referral tracking.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok or any other platform.
14. TAXES
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for any prize with an ARV of $600 or more.
