Due to current demand, your prior-authorization submission could take up to 15 days, processing times vary by insurer. Please note if you have Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Kaiser-Permenente or other insurance which does not currently cover weight-loss medications you may be automatically denied without a submission for approval.

NOTICE: Low Dose WeGovy is currently out of stock at many pharmacies. If you qualify for Insurance coverage Ivím recommends:
- Call local pharmacies for availability
- Advise your Ivím practitioner to send to a pharmacy you know has the .25 and .5mg in stock.
- If you have already had a prescription sent, your pharmacy can transfer the prescription to another pharmacy with stock. This is the fastest way to get your prescription to the new pharmacy.
- If you can’t find the prescription locally, ask about getting started on Ivím’s accessibility programs (cash pay)
- Once you have reached the higher doses on Ivím Accessibility you can switch to the more available higher dose WeGovy.
