What really stood out to me about my appointment with Ivím was how my provider really listened and asked thoughtful questions instead of making me feel like I was overreacting.

It’s rarely just one thing.

Most care handles one symptom at a time. The sleep gets melatonin. The mood gets “it’s probably stress.” The weight gets “eat less, move more.” The skin gets a serum. Four fixes, without always stepping back to ask whether some of these changes might be connected.

Sleep
Trouble falling or staying asleep. The 3 a.m. wake-up.
Mood
Irritability, anxiety, feeling not quite like yourself.
Body composition
Weight that doesn’t respond the way it used to.
Skin
Dryness, thinning, changes you can’t quite place.

Care That Surrounds You.

Not just a prescription.

Someone asks about all of it.

A licensed provider asks what you’ve noticed, when it started, and what else changed around the same time.

You’re not rushed.

You have time to tell the full story. Your provider looks beyond a single symptom and takes time to understand what has changed.

Your symptoms count as information.

What you’re experiencing is an important part of the clinical picture—considered alongside your full history, and labs when appropriate.

You leave knowing what happens next.

What your provider is thinking, what they’d want to rule out, and what the first step looks like.

Women’s Hormone Health

These symptoms deserve more than ‘you’re just getting older.’

Hot flashes and night sweats. Brain fog. Sleep that breaks at 3 a.m. Changes that are hard to name and easy to explain away.

They could be hormonal. And they’re treatable.

Nearly 40% of women say they were misdiagnosed during perimenopause. More than half were treated for mood in isolation. (Biote, 2025)¹

Weight Loss

One provider for your hormones and your weight.

Weight that settles in new places. Muscle that’s harder to keep. Plateaus. Habits that stopped working somewhere along the way.

Weight, body composition, and hormonal changes can influence one another. Looking at them together can provide a more complete clinical picture.

Men’s Hormone Health

Feeling off, but told you’re fine?

We read your symptoms and history alongside your labs.

You’ve felt off and been told everything looks fine. Changes in energy, sexual function, strength, sleep, or performance can have many causes. Hormone testing can help determine whether testosterone insufficiency may be one of them. None of that shows up on a standard physical, and most men never think to check it.

How Ivím works.

01
Tell us how you’re feeling
Your intake covers your history, your symptoms, and what you’d like to change. A licensed provider reads all of it before you meet, and comes to your visit ready to talk about it.
02
Meet with your provider
A video or chat visit. The conversation picks up where your intake left off.
03
Start your plan
Labs are discussed and ordered when they’re clinically appropriate. If treatment is appropriate, your provider builds your plan from there.
04
Keep going
At every follow-up, your provider asks how you’re doing and adjusts your plan around the answer.

“What people come to us with rarely comes down to one thing. Their sleep is off, their mood has changed, the weight won’t budge, their skin looks different, and often those things are related. If you only look at them one at a time, you can miss that. So we built Ivím to ask about all of it and to stay with you as your body responds. For a lot of people, that’s when they start to feel like themselves again.”

Common Questions

What is Ivím?
A physician-led virtual practice. You meet a licensed provider by video or chat, they build a plan around your history and how your body responds, and they stay with you as it changes. Care happens online, on your schedule.
What happens on the consult?
A licensed Ivím provider asks about what you’ve been experiencing, your history, and what you’d like to change. It’s free, there’s no obligation to start anything, and nothing gets prescribed without an evaluation.
I’m not sure I even have a problem. Is this for me?
It might be. A lot of people assume it’s stress or age, and sometimes it is. Sometimes there’s more to the story. A consult is how you find out, without committing to treatment.
What are the hormone programs?
Women’s Hormone Health is an individualized medical program for the changes of midlife, built around a connected care team and your HormoneIQ™ assessment, so your hormones, sleep, and weight are treated together, not in isolation. Men’s Hormone Health treats testosterone, energy, and performance comprehensively, built around documented labs, symptom scoring, and ongoing provider oversight.
Are labs required?
Depends on the program. Men’s Hormone Health requires an at-home lab kit. For Women’s Hormone Health, labs are available and added when useful, but you don’t need them to begin.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Hormone therapy can vary in its time to effectiveness. Some patients feel benefits as soon as a few days and others may notice it takes a few months. Your provider monitors your HormoneIQ™ scores and adjusts along the way.
Are there side effects?
Hormone therapy carries risks and side effects, some of them serious, and it isn’t right for everyone. Your provider will review them with you before you start.
Am I eligible?
Eligibility is determined by your provider, based on your assessment, health history, and symptoms. Not every program is available in every state, and you’ll find out when you start.
I’m already an Ivím member. Is this included?
Yes, Hormone Health visits and provider time are already included in Ivím memberships. Medication and lab evaluation, if prescribed, would be billed separately.
