Ivím Black Friday and Beyond Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The Ivim Health Black Friday and Beyond Free Giveaway 

All individuals who register for the new Ivim program starting from November 22nd to December 31st will be automatically entered for a chance to win in our Black Friday Giveaway drawings—no payment or purchase is required!

Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility of Individuals to Participate:

1. • Must be 19 years of age or older.
   • Must be a resident of the United States.
   • Must be a new Ivim registrant starting November 22, 2023, or later during the Giveaway Period.

2. Giveaway Period:

1. • Registration on the Ivim Health site that counts for prize eligibility begins on November 22, 2023.
   • Registration for a chance to win a prize ends on December 31st, 2023. This timeframe constitutes the “Giveaway Period.”

3. How to Enter:

1. • To enter, individuals must register as new users during the Giveaway Period on Ivim Health’s site
   • All eligible Ivim registrants will be automatically entered into the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period.
   • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or be selected as a prize winner in the Giveaway.

4. Prizes:

1. • A total of eight (8) prizes are available in the drawing:

1. • • Two (2) Bello2 Health Monitors valued at $250 each.
     • Two (2) Oura Smart Rings valued at $450 each.
     • Two (2) Apple/Samsung/Google Smartwatches valued at $450 each.
     • Two (2) Therabody Smart Goggles valued at $200 each.

5. Winner Selection:

1. • Winners will be selected through a random drawing each week starting November 30^th and within thirty (30) days after the Giveaway Period ends.
   • Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing.
   • Winners must respond to the notification and accept their prize within seven (7) days after notification is issued.
   • Unclaimed or declined prizes will be redrawn among eligible contestants who did not win initially, subject to the same terms and conditions within two weeks of the initial drawing.

1. • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other third party.

7. General Conditions:

1. • Ivim Health reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Ivim’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
   • Ivim Health reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
   • Participation in the Ivim Health Giveaway implies agreement to these Terms and Conditions and acceptance of all decisions by Ivim Health, which are final in all matters related to the Giveaway.

8. Privacy:

1. • All personal information submitted by entrants will be used solely for administering this Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law:

1. • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law doctrines.
