Jessica Crocker, FNP-C has been a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 8 years, specializing in Family Medicine, obesity, diabetes and women's health. She has a patient centered approach that allows both provider and patient to develop a health care plan that achieves attainable and realistic outcome for the patient.

Jessica Crocker graduated from the University of Kansas where she played division 1 soccer while completing her degree in Community and Public Health. She later continued her education attending Sinclair School of Nursing at the University of Missouri, where she completed her BSN and 3 years later completed her MSN with a speciality in Family Medicine at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. She has used her love of sports and fitness to continue her drive to help others achieve their individual health goals.
