Lexi Stephens has been a board-certified nurse practitioner since 2011. With a patient-centered focus, she takes pride in not only treating the patient, but allowing the patient to be directly involved in their own care. Lexi’s approach to healthcare is characterized by attentiveness, respect, and open communication to establish a strong patient-provider relationship to optimize patient outcomes.

After graduating from Covenant School of Nursing diploma program as an RN, Lexi furthered her education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. While at TTUHSC, Lexi initially obtained a Masters in Nursing Education, then obtained her post-masters certificate as a nurse practitioner. She continues to gain further knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest research and academic conferences.
